All-in-one rental system
The Rental module is a combination of a web portal as the back-end and a website for the visitor who wants to rent a location or a room. In The Rental Module, you manage in the master data the names of the venues, the rooms, any additional requests that can be added and much more!
Once reserved spaces are blocked in the system so there is never double booking. You can also block days when booking is not possible, such as holidays.

Data encryption
Of course, nobody wants their data to be out in the open. All data is stored encrypted. Should the system be unexpectedly hacked, malicious parties cannot use it: data is rendered unreadable by our encryption.
Just to think around…
The Rental Module need not serve only to book rooms or locations. It can also be used as an “appointment module,” to set times to fix this in people’s calendars. For example, block 2 hours per appointment for a hairdresser, or set an entire day in the calendar when you have a job on location. The Rental Module is a very broad system, which can be used in many industries.
