Especially for the international potato, fruit and vegetable (AGF) market, we developed a quality control system. This Quality Control app is multi-purpose for inspecting fruits and vegetables, but is now also used in the automotive sector and in ICT!
What is QCNEXXT?
QCNEXXT is a web-based full service quality management system (QMS) for any conceivable product or service. The system consists of a completely scalable portal with various management functions. This allows for more efficient work and makes manual typing of reports a thing of the past. Right where it belongs!
Adding photos to quality reports is no problem at all through the user-friendly interface. Taking photos with the phone is also an easy addition: you link the photos to a report in no time.

Customization: made for everyone
The QMS is a custom solution, made entirely by us. As a result, there is always room for adjustment. Both in technology and design: in fact, the system and its app are fully customized to your corporate identity. But it can also be functional modifications, such as linking to an accounting package. We also conjure up fun gadgets such as statistics of downloads, inspections made and logins on a customized dashboard.

Additional modules
In addition to the basic functions in the mobile apps, the QMS and the customer portal additional modules have also been developed.
Lab module
QCNEXXT also provides a link for laboratory information. Through the portal, a request for inspection of a product can be submitted to the lab. The results returned by the laboratory are automatically loaded into the QC system.
Document management system
In the DMS, documents can be linked such as supplier statements, certificates, packaging, etc. These documents can be classified so that there is always an up-to-date overview. Does the validity of a document expire? Then the system notifies you in time.
Linking accounting & ERP package
QCNEXXT includes interfacing with several billing packages, such as WeFact. Linking to an ERP system is also possible for sync of packing lists. The system then creates a template for the scheduled inspection. Info from the packing list is automatically loaded into this.
