GRAS: the system for your activities

Amusing all children in a city, without costing parents, municipalities and teachers too much time. That’s the goal. And this system is the means by which we achieve that goal.

Organize activities and record attendance

Comprehensive schools and municipalities often organize a wide range of activities for all the city’s children. From football to karate to piano lessons to gaming. By handing in a note to the coordinator, children signed up for their favorite activity. Then the coordinator had to manually enter all the entries and keep track of them in Excel. Surely that should be much easier and faster to do?

To offer a helping hand to comprehensive schools and municipalities, we developed this unique piece of custom software. A special system that automates all these processes.

GRAS & your website

GRAS consists of 2 parts. Part 1 is a web-based portal that manages all information for activities and participants. This web portal will be linked to part 2, the website: this is where participants enroll!

2makeITwork integrates GRAS with your website. Is there no website yet? Of course, we can also create a completely new website!

Data encryption

Of course, nobody wants their data to be out in the open. And certainly not those of children! All data is stored encrypted. Should the system be unexpectedly hacked, malicious parties cannot use it: data is rendered unreadable by our encryption.

Additional modules

GRAS can be expanded with the following additional modules:

Survey module

Create your own surveys within GRAS to be sent to different audiences. This module is used to improve offerings, as the questions are asked of participants & their parents.

Event module

GRAS is really made for recurring activities. One-time events have their own module: think of a webinar or a one-time city tour.

CRM module

A complete listing of affiliated associations/organizations including lots of master data: board members, policy data, facilities and notes. Linked to the rest of GRAS: a seamless integration!

Online checkout

GRAS can be linked to an online payment provider. This way paid activities can be paid for online. We have already made several connections with Mollie.

QR code scanner

At a large event, it can be a lot of work to report everyone’s attendance manually. This is why we have developed a QR scan functionality. Participants receive a QR code in his/her mail and the organizer scans it at the start.
